Winter Solstice Greeting Cards to Celebrate the Season
Whether you consider yourself witchy, non-secular, or just love the solstice, these printable winter solstice cards are the perfect option! The set includes 8 unique covers and 5 different messages inside, so you can mix-and-match for your own custom card. Easy!

I love celebrating the winter solstice and tend to make a big deal about it! This is the perfect time to deepen your connection with nature, go inward for self-reflection, and focus on rebuilding community.
There’s something so comforting about celebrating the longest night of the year with a little journaling, crafting, and connecting! Normally, I cozy up with candles, a big cup of hot tea, and my Winter Solstice Reflection Guide.

But, it can be hard to find non-secular holiday cards that celebrate this special occasion, so I made some!
Why You’ll Love These Printable Winter Solstice Holiday Cards
- The art is hand-drawn by a very talented creator with a folksy, earthy style, paired with my own messages and blessings.
- There are 8 different covers featuring themes of hibernation, slumber, and rest, with 5 intentional and thoughtful messages inside.
- You can either print just the cards (and skip the messages) or combine the covers and messages to make up to 40 unique card combinations!
- Each one is just slightly smaller than a 5×7 envelope size, so they’ll fit inside just perfectly.
- Plus since this is a digital download, you can buy it once and print year after year.
Although I’ve seen people selling just one printable card template for $4-5 each, the entire set of 40 possible designs is available for just $9! Plus, every penny goes to supporting a small business. Thanks for your support!
Prefer printed cards you can mail? I’m in the process of setting that up! Just send me a message on my Contact page and I can help you out.

Tips for Printing Winter Solstice Cards
1. Use white cardstock. There is a subtle beige color and texture on the background of the designs, which shows up best on white.
2. To print a custom card, simply select which pages to print together (1, 10 or 2, 11, etc) and print double-sided, flipping on the short edge.
Print settings: I recommend printing at the actual size or 100%. Every printer is slightly different, so you may need to adjust the settings slightly. I also recommend using the highest dpi setting your printer allows (I used 1200 dpi).
3. Use a paper cutter or large scissors to trim following the guide lines.
4. Send each card in a kraft paper envelope to play up the rustic, natural colors.
NOTE: If you want a glossy, professional finish, you can send the files to your local print shop, but I print them for myself in my home printer using regular white card stock from Michael’s.
