Who we are

This podcast is hosted by Rachael, the blogger behind Milk Glass Home, a seasonal food blog packed with recipes, food preservation projects, and more.

After years of beating herself up for always seeming to be stressed out despite trying everything in the book to chill out, Rachael knows firsthand how difficult it can be to slow down in a world obsessed with productivity, wealth, and consumerism.

It’s supposed to be this hard, but it doesn’t have to be. You are not failing. You are not broken. There is nothing wrong with you.

If you feel like a misfit, there’s likely a good reason for it, and it’s not a bad thing. Let’s talk about living life on our terms while honoring our values, balancing our energy, and envisioning a better future.
